Danish Pastry Pizzas - revisited
We went to a friend's BBQ last night. I took some salad as my contribution, and also some of the Danish Pastry pizzas, but in a sort of bruschetta stylee. I spread a layer of pesto on the dough, then sprinkled on some mozarella and then some fresh tomatoes chopped small. Yum!
